HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team for taking the overall responsibility of human resource management in our Finland and the US sites.

Main responsibilities are to:

  • Develop the HR initiatives and practices to support the strategy execution and people development
  • Work closely as a partner for managers in resourcing and recruitment, competence development, remuneration and other HR related matters
  • Strengthen leadership culture development via training and coaching
  • Take substantial role in human resource change management projects
  • Support personnel in well-being and other human resource related matters
  • Join or if separately agreed lead actively company global human resource development projects


  •  M.Sc. or higher education in Business Administration or other relevant studies
  • More than 5 years of experience in leading human resource management operations
  • Solid networking skills and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, strong listening skills
  • Creative, capable of finding solutions to versatile business needs
  • Self-driven, strong motivation
  • Experience of human resource reporting systems
  • Knowledge of Finnish labor law, knowledge of the US labor law seen as a benefit
  • Fluent command of English, both spoken and written

You will report to the HR Director located in Beijing, and your location will be in Oulu, Finland.
